The Manuscript

Carter G. Woodson's lost manuscript was found in typescript.  On some projects, he would write in long-hand, but on others he would work with a secretary who took dictation.  It is unknown what approach he took with this project.  The handwriting of the typescript is, however, unmistakenly Woodson's.
